I was home in Ireland for a week and was lucky enough to be invited to join the local photo club in Birr on their photo shoot in and around Birr Castle. Unfortunately I did not have my Nikon D80 with me so had to manage with my little Canon SD750, previously only ever used for 'snaps'. Some came out well. I also had the chance to have exchanged a few words with the Earl of Rosse.
